MRS. LEW
Chemistry
Mrs. Lew is an ex-school teacher from Maris Stella High and Crescent Girls’ School who specializes in Chemistry for the past ten years.
Mrs. Lew, a former school teacher trained by the NIE has been teaching both Mathematics, Science and Chemistry for about 20 years. A graduate from NUS with a major in Chemistry, Mrs Lew is also a mother of two children hence explained her appropriate showcase of maternal instinct and professional experience in managing students whom she have won the trust and respect.
Mrs Lew is well-regarded for her patience and detailed as well as clarity of explanation of concepts. She also published book titled ‘O’ level Chem Practice Questions Classified Topic by Topic.
MR WONG
Physics
Mr Wong obtained his PGDE(merit) from NIE and was previously with Fairfield Methodist Secondary School. With 10 years of school teaching experience, he believes that the teacher’s pedagogical style is crucial in helping students achieve academic success.
Therefore, the instructional scaffolding provided must be intentional and purposeful. A experienced teacher who explains concepts very well.
MS ONG

Miss Ong is an ex-secondary school science teacher for 5 years, and work on improving the academic results of students and nurturing an environment that promotes creativity and innovation within individuals. She is experienced in providing class tuition for lower Sec Science/Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics for more than 10 yrs.Miss Ong has a Bachelor of Applied Science with Merits (Materials Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore(NTU) and a Diploma in Education (Post-Graduate) Secondary from National Institute of Education(NIE).
MISS LIM
Chemistry
Miss Lim graduated from NUS with a Bachelor in Science (Chemistry) and PGDE( Post graduate Diploma in Education) from NIE.
As an ex-school teacher from Nan Hua High School and Beatty Secondary School, she has more than 10 years of experience teaching Chemistry. She has taught students from many schools and is very familiar with the Chemistry syllabus.
MR LIM
Chemistry & Physics
Mr Lim is an ex-secondary school teacher with more than 12 years of teaching experience. He specialises in Chemistry and Physics (secondary levels).
A very patience teacher whom guide students through detailed step-by-step approach to problem solving as well as engaging in discussion/dialogue format of presentation in class room experience.
MR LIN
Chemistry
Mr Lin has an honours Science degree from NTU. He has teaching Science and Chemistry for more than 10 years. He is a very experienced teacher and explains concepts very well. He relates and gets along well with students and they clear their doubts with him easily. He has the ability to help weak students from their level and bring them to the next level, then ace the subject, Being well-liked and nurturing, he has a wealth of experience that he can share with his students. Students are thankful for his patience and dedicated efforts.
Mr Ted
Maths
Mr Ted has over 25 years teaching experience including Secondary Schools, International Schools, and Junior Colleges. Appointed Chief Examiner for O levels.
Specialist in Mathematics and have helped countless students not only master the subject but also develop a genuine love for it. As a PSD scholar, He brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the table, ensuring that my students understand Math concept in depth.
MR MATIN
Physics
Mr Matin, a physics graduate from NUS, is a former secondary school teacher of many years. He teaches physics and Secondary Science. Mr Matin believes that all students can do well in science and it is possible to get good grades when students have the right skills and attitude in learning Science. He also believes that Science should be experienced to be believed.
MR RICK TAN
Physics
Mr Rick Tan is an ex-school teacher with a PGDE(merit) and has taught in secondary schools for many years.
He has helped various students from neighbourhood schools like Northview Secondary to independent school like School of Science and Technology achieved success.
Mr Tan is able to illustrate difficult concepts with easy everyday examples that his students can relate well to.
His strength lies in his ability to quickly build rapport with his students to bring out the best in them.
MR YANG
JC Chemistry
Mr Yang studied at Raffles Institution (Gifted Education Programme) and graduated from Raffles Junior College with straight As in all subjects, including Chemistry.
In 2002, he was awarded the Public Service Commission Scholarship (Education), and read Chemistry at the National University of Singapore (NUS). There, he was placed on the Dean’s List, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, 2nd Upper Honors).
Mr Yang has had many years’of lecturing and tutoring experience at the Junior College level. During that time, his classes consistently ranked highly for value-addedness. He was effective, committed and responsible and as a result of that, he was appointed subject coordinator for the GCE ‘A’ Level Science Practical Assessment (SPA) in his college
Mr Yang firmly believes that each student has his/her own learning style, and students should therefore be guided towards developing personalized study methods which work best for them. He sees tuition, with its smaller class sizes as an ideal opportunity to do so
Lastly, H2 Chemistry has become more challenging in recent years The style of questioning has changed, and the papers are no longer as straightforward as they used to be.
To help students adapt to this recent trend of “novel” questions, Mr Yang has put in place a structured, three-tiered approach towards understanding the questions at the GCE ‘A’ Levels. He believes that arming students with a better understanding of the types of H2 Chemistry questions will ultimately help them obtain better grades.
Mr Ben Lim

Mr Ben Lim is an ex-school science teacher who has taught in both secondary and primary schools for many years. He is experienced, helping students from various academic backgrounds to improve their grades and gain confidence during exams. His emphasis on mastery of core concepts helps students to consistently apply key concepts to new situations and questions during exams. By imparting his joy for learning in science, he hopes to nurture a sense of achievement in his students. He has a Bachelor of Science ( Honours) degree from National Institute of Education.

Uses excellent communication skills as well as effective and efficient methods of teaching whilst focusing on the individual needs of each student
Dr Mary Tan

Dr Mary Tan is an experience ex school teacher with teaching experience in primary, secondary and JC level. She received her education in highly acclaimed elite schools viz. Raffle Girls’ Sec, National Junior College, National University of Singapore (Bachelor), University of New South Wales, Australia (Master Degree), Kenny-Western University Wyoming, USA (PhD) and University of South Australia (PhD).
As an educator, Dr Mary is very passionate in helping students to develop their potential to getting them to start right and lay a firm foundation in their early years. She incorporated important life skills and techniques in her academic teaching in subjects such as Science and Mathematics, that enable students to build up life skills progressively and be well equipped to manage both academic work and life challenges. Throughout her career, Dr Mary Tan has taught in different renown schools such as Nan Hua Primary, Hua Chong International and National Junior College etc.

Ex school teacher with twenty years of teaching experience in primary math and science. She is familiar with PSLE syllabus and able to identify students learning gap and has different strategy for weak and strong students. She is very careful and detailed. She puts in her best effort to ensure all her students do well.
Ms Cindy

Ms Cindy is an accomplished and dedicated educator with a proven track record in fostering active learning and critical thinking in diverse educational settings. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore. She has 19 years of teaching experience as an Associate Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic and as a General Education Officer with the Ministry of Education teaching the secondary schools.
She has also been recognized for her dedication to student success, receiving iCARE award nominations in Republic Polytechnic that highlight her educational impact on her students.

He is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience teaching Lower Secondary Science, Chemistry, and Biology.

Ms Hidayah was a MOE Teaching Scholar and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from NTU and Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDe) from NIE. She is an organized professional with proven teaching skills, with 7 years experience as a primary school educator – specializing in English, Mathematics and Science. She is skilled at communicating complex information, breaking down and simplifying difficult concepts into into digestable and easy to understand information for students. She is deeply passionate in driving her students towards excellence.
Mr Alfred
Maths & Physics
Mr Alfred firmly believes that understanding is key to doing well for any subject. A solid understanding coupled with effective answering techniques is fundamental for obtaining an A. That together with lots of practice and instant feedback and correction, is the perfect recipe for success. Past years papers and lots of supplementary questions will be provided as a form of additional practice for students. With a newly found appreciation of the subject, understanding come naturally. Content mastery becomes a breeze and learning will never be the same again. Mr Lim graduated with a Masters and PhD from School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Nanyang Technological University.
